Recently, amidst orderly loading operations and rigorous on-site verification, our independently developed and manufactured 125/30-ton casting crane (16.5-meter span) successfully completed factory testing, was loaded and shipped, and will soon be deployed to metallurgical casting sites for high-temperature, heavy-duty operations.

This casting crane is a dedicated heavy-duty model for metallurgical workshops. The main hook has a rated lifting capacity of 125 tons, the auxiliary hook 30 tons, and a standard span of 16.5 meters. Designed and manufactured to A7 heavy-duty working class, it is suitable for key processes such as molten metal lifting, molten steel ladle transfer, and casting pouring in steel-making and casting workshops. The equipment adopts a high-strength main beam structure, a high-temperature resistant protection system, and multiple safety redundancy designs, featuring stable operation, reliable braking, high protection level, and strong continuous operation capability, effectively improving workshop lifting efficiency and production safety.

From detailed design and structural material preparation to welding and assembly, load testing, painting, and final shipment, the project team strictly adhered to metallurgical crane standards and the client’s technical agreements, rigorously controlling the quality of every process. The entire machine successfully passed all tests, including static load, dynamic load, limit protection, temperature rise, and noise levels, with all performance indicators meeting standards and receiving on-site acceptance from the client.
